The Operation process of vacuum conveyor Feeder

1, The vacuum pump generates a vacuum through the separation vessel of a vacuum conveying device. The bulk material will be conveying from the inlet through the suction hose.

2,The air and material separated by the filter silo of the separation vessel, material will be collected in the silo. Micro powder have been prevented by the cyclone separators prevent the fine powderentering in the filter silo to increase the efficiency of the filter.

3,The vacuum pump will be automatically turned off when the silo is full. The pressure of the conveyor will achieve balance.Open the discharge valve, the material flows out and directly falls into the storage container.

4,When material is discharging, the filter silo will be clean automatically by the recoil airbag. Withthe vibration assist help, it higher the conveying efficiency of sticky material.

5, The whole conveying process will restart again when the discharger closed
