The two-in-one feeding station for ton bags and small bags can realize both the feeding of ton bags and the feeding and packaging of small bags, so that materials of various packaging specifications can be fed in the same equipment, and the area is small and the overall structure is light. This equipment is similar to traditional feeding equipment. 

It has the following advantages:

1) It can meet the feeding of ton bags and small bags of various specifications;

2) The equipment adopts the form of pressing bag. When feeding a ton bag, the outer bag of the ton bag is first pressed with the equipment, and the bag is unpacked inside the feeding port. After the unpacking is completed, the unpacking port is closed to prevent the leakage of dust;

3) Equipped with a dust collection system, which can return the collected dust to the feeding station to reduce dust leakage during feeding and avoid material waste;

4) The equipment has an auxiliary discharge (beating) function. When the material in the ton bag is too small, the auxiliary discharge is opened, which can reduce the feeding time;

5) There is a grate inside to prevent foreign objects and large pieces of material from entering during the feeding process;

6) The lower part is equipped with an auxiliary discharge device to ensure that all the materials in the feeding station enter the downstream equipment;

7) The equipment can also be equipped with a bar code misplacement device to prevent workers from misfeeding materials, so as to facilitate the overall matching and overall control of other automatic equipment;

8) Casters can be installed at the feet to facilitate the flexible movement of the equipment.

 

Ⅰ. Working principle

The material dust generated during feeding is sucked into the filter system by the negative pressure formed by the centrifugal fan or the exhaust pipe, so that the material is separated from the air, preventing the dust from escaping, polluting the surrounding environment and protecting the health of the operator.
