Overview Of Big Bag Feeding:

When the small bag materials need to be unpacked and poured into the next process, they only need to be manually unpacked and put into the system. The dust generated during feeding is collected by the dust collecting fan. Through the vibrating screen (safety screen), the bulk materials and foreign matters can be intercepted, so as to ensure that the qualified products (qualified materials) can enter the next process.

The Unloading Process of the big bag feeding: Manually open the tightening mechanism in the discharge valve, open the discharge port of the packaging bag, and the materials start to unload along the pipeline chute under the action of gravity, and enter the unloading process.

During the unloading process, according to the process requirements of the whole system, the tightening mechanism of the unloading valve can be automatically or manually controlled to control the unloading process.

When the bin of the ribbon mixer is full of materials, press the button of the big bag tightening mechanism to tighten the discharge port of the large bag and stop feeding into the mixer.

The equipment is suitable for unpacking, putting, screening and unloading of small and medium bags of materials in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and metallurgical industries, especially for manual feeding and pre screening of powder materials. Due to the function of dust collecting fan during unpacking, material dust can be avoided everywhere.
